“Parti representerer ulike interesser i samfunnet”
På mandag var eg i diverse debattar med Erna Solberg med utgangspunkt i denne artikkelen i Dagsavisen. I den hevda eg at Høgre aldri har vore og aldri kjem til å bli eit velferdsparti. Eg begrunna det med at dei har arbeida mot og stemt mot ei rekke sentrale velferdsreformer dei siste 120 åra.
Det mest interessante med denne debattrunden var Erna Solberg sin reaksjon på ein konkret, og etter mitt syn ganske openbar og uskuldig, påstand kom med. Eg sa at dei politiske partia i Noreg representerer ulike interesser i samfunnet.
Erna Solberg blei irritert og indignert av denne påstanden. Det er ikkje slik at partia representerer ulike interesser, men ulika ideear svarte ho den første gongen. Dette er ei vulgær framstilling svarte ho den andre gongen.
Eg synest dette er interessant. For meg er det elementær historie, politisk sosiologi og statsvitskap at det er slik eg sa. Med nyansar sjølvsagt; mange stemmer også på tvers av interessene, og dei var meir framtredande i partia før. Men likefullt, om vi ser på historien, veljarane eller omlandet til partia er dette openbart. Kvifor vil ikkje Høgre at partia i norsk politikk skal representere ulike interesser? Eg trur det er på grunn av dei interessene dei representerer. I Noreg kler det ingen å representerer dei med høgast inntekt, mest makt. Vi likar ein underdog. Det kler særleg ikkje eit part som vil vere eit folkeleg velferdsparti.
Denne kommentaren kan tene som ein mild illustrasjon til mitt poeng over.

Tarvelig.
Nå har dere styrt i 5-6 år og i stedet for å fortelle om tidenes sating på psykriatri som dere lovte, om ventelistene på sykeehusene, hvordan det går med eksportindustrien og dere egen politikk driver du med synsing om ting som er 120 år gamle.
Høyre var for innføring av folketrygden. På den tiden var det to blokker. Høyresiden (dette var før FRP) ville at folket skulle sette penger inn i fond, ha oversikt over hvor mye de fikk ut, og holde dette utenfor statens hender.
Vestresiden ville finansiere dette over statsbudsjettet da de var redde for et så stort fond.
I dag ser vi at det blir problemer med å finansiere over statsbudsjettet i fremtiden fordi den demografiske utviklingen ikke er slik man forventet (eldrebølgen).
Dette problemet ville man aldri hatt med Høyresidens løsning.
Videre er det viktig å vite at ingen i 30-40 årene vet hva de får i pensjon i dag. Det kommer nye reformer og hva svaret blir vet man ikke. I finansmiljøene oppfordres kundene til å spare selv fordi det vil bli liten forskjell
på minstepensjon og de som har jobbet hele livet. De i 30-40 årene i dag vet altså hva de betaler, men ikke hva de får igjen. Og dette var venstresiden for.
Innrømmelsen av dette kom ved forrige pensjonsforlik der arbeidstakere blir pålagt å spare deler av lønnen sin til pensjon. Og – dette støttet venstresiden. Det er ikke noe annet enn en innrømmelse av at Høyre hadde den beste løsningen på 70 tallet.
JEG mener at å ikke vite hva man får i pensjon er dårlig velferd. Og det er dere for.
Videre mener jeg det er bra velferd at folk blir friske så fort som overhode mulig når man blir syke.
Venstresiden mener det er et kriterium at det er de statlige sykehusene som skal stå for dette. Dette begrenser mulighetene for å bli frisk raskt mye.
Jeg kommer gjerne med selvopplevde eksempler på at folk blir plassert på sykepenger langt lenger enn nødvendig fordi statlige sykehus skal ordne fremfor de sykehus som har kapaistet.
Og – ikke kom med "helse for de rike" argumentet. Det er ikke noe problem for staten (NAV) å henvise til behandling og betale for behandling der det er kapasitet. Staten betaler og den syke blir frisk raskest mulig.
Dette kaller jeg velferd og det er dere mot.
Videre ser vi at det snyltes mye på staten. NAV blir svindlet for anslagsvis 5 milliarder i året.
I dag avsløres ca 1/30-del av dette. Bjurstrøm og regjeringen er fornøyd med dette og vil ikke intensivere jakten på de som svindler fellesskapet og dermed frigjøre midler til de som vitterlig trenger det.
Høyresiden er for å forsøke å rette opp i dette.
Å ta penger fra tyver til de som trenger det mener jeg er god velferd.
Det er dere mot.
Så – når du svartmaler Høyre er du helt på jordet. Ta heller å snakk om egen politikk, du.
