Mobbing
Eg var i Tabloid i dag og diskuterte mobbing. Der traff eg mellom Elin Dragland. Ho har skrive denne kronikken i Aftenposten om korleis ho opplevde det at dattera henna gjekk frå å vere livsglad, sosial og skuleflink til å bli mobba. Les den, den er sterk. Ho skildrar reflektert og direkte kva mobbing er, og kor makteslaus ein kan føle seg.
Noreg har ein skule med høg trivsel og lite ekskludering samanlikna med andre land. Det hjelper lite for den som opplever mobbing. Dessutan er tala siste år negative, dei har gått opp. Dragland utfordrar oss som styrer – som ho gjorde på Tabloid – på fleire viktige felt. Ho ber oss sørge for at skulane tek i bruk program mot mobbing som har dokumentert effekt, ho ber oss styrke kompetansen til leiing og lærarar og ho ber oss kontrollere at det fungerer i praksis. Alt dette er blant tiltaka som vi arbeider med innan ramma av manifest mot mobbing. Men kronikken og møtet med ho var også ei påminning om at vi må arbeide enno betre og meir systematisk med det, og at dette arbeidet må stå i sentrum for aktiviteten på skulen.

Mobbing er et veldig viktig tema og jeg synes Elin Dragland beskriver det veldig godt her. Det er synd at det ofte blir bytte av skole som ender opp som løsningen. Jeg mener at skolene ikke lykkes når det er det som er utfallet. Vi har en viktig jobb å gjøre for å unngå dette!

Det er alltid ille å lese om barn som utsettes for mobbing enten på fritiden eller i skolen. Jeg synes imidlertid at ansvaret for å hindre mobbing i altfor stor grad blir lagt til skolene. Hvordan skal lærere og skoler bekjempe dette når vi på TV ser politikere/underholdere og andre jevnlig hetser og krenker, snakker stygt til andre? Politikere er jo i en egen klasse når det gjelder dette, men da kalles det kanskje ikke mobbing…?
Elever kommer til skolen med en “bagasje”. I artikkelen står det at 2/3 av elevene ikke hadde respekt for andre, og det var mangler på holdninger. Hvem har ansvaret for at elever har lært grunnleggende holdninger som respekt for andre når de kommer til skolen? Jo, det mener jeg er foreldrene. Lærere opplever i stadig større grad at elever mangler mange grunnleggende holdninger, hvorav en av de viktigste er respekt for andre – enten det er voksne, barn, ting/eiendeler eller trær/planter/dyr. Skolen skal snart ha ansvar for det meste som ikke er bra i samfunnet. Det kan tyde på at alle tror lærere kan “fikse” alt, selv om de stort sett er alene med 20-25 elever i klasserommet. Riktignok har skolene svært mange dyktige lærere, men de er vel heller ikke noen “overmennesker”.
På skolen jeg jobber opplever vi i stadig større grad å måtte ta tak i mobbing som foregår på fritiden gjennom ulike medier (SMS/MMS, meldinger på e-post eller via ulike nettsamfunn, chat). Det gjelder faktisk også der foreldre henger ut andre foreldre eller unger… Her også er det vel egentlig foreldrene som har ansvaret, men som altså skolen må gripe inn.
Jeg mener helt klart at skolene må jobbe med mobbing, men foreldrene må også ta ansvaret sitt. En lærer greier ikke å endre holdninger til mange elever som har liten “bagasje” med gode holdninger hjemmefra. Jobber skole og foreldre sammen om dette kan vi oppnå mye, men politikere, underholdere og andre må også være gode forbilder for de unge som ser dem på TV.
Omorganiseringen der klasser og klassestyrer viket for grupper og kontaktlærer har også bidratt til en mindre trygg hverdag for mange elever. Det er ikke uvanlig at skoler danner ulike grupper, der lærerne rullerer på gruppene. Det vil i praksis si at elevene møter ulike lærere de ulike dagene i uka – kanskje opptil 4-5 lærere er innom ei gruppe gjennom uka. Dette tror jeg bidrar til at elevene mister den nære kontakten som elever tidligere hadde til klassestyreren sin som stort sett var hos klassen sin 4-5 dager i uka. Når mange lærere skal “dele” på gruppene/klassene, gjør dette at ansvaret for klassemiljøet blir delt og ofte blir skadelidende. Her synes jeg Solhjell som kunnskapsminister har en utfordring – rydd opp i dette og sørg for at klassestyrerens funksjon kommer tilbake. Kontaktlæreren har jo ofte ikke kontakt med kontaktelevene sine mer enn et par ganger i uka.

Svært viktig for forebygging i fremtid og nåtid er:
Få foreldrene inn på facebook, nettby, myspace og alle andre steder hvor ungdom henger. Før ble unger og ungdom sosialisert i korpset og idrettslaget og andre steder der det alltid var voksne tilstede. Det gjør de nå også, men i tillegg har de fått en arena hvor de nesten er helt alene. Nesten ingen ansvarlige voksne. Flere lærere og foreldre har skjønt det, men flere må ta det på alvor. Lærere og foreldre kan bare ikke si at facebook ikke er noe for dem. De må inn og være tilstede i barnas fritidsarenaer.
Jeg har lyst til å rope det høyt, men skjønner at store bokstaver egentlig bare ser teit ut.

Enig med Monika Solvig. Jeg tenker på nettbaserte dataspill i samme slengen, har vært inne på noen av dem og sett behovet for voksne rollefigurer der. På ingen arenaer bør barn få være alene og uten voksnes innsyn.

jeg ble mobbet gjennom hele skolen og er varig uføre i ein alder av 34 år . skolen min nelaug skole i åmli komunne . jeg har sent min sak in til justis sec og er nå ho deres dep. jeg ble mobbet og plaget av både lerere og elever og ble kalt for idejot og var galen i hele kommun så jeg måtte flytte til arendal. jeg har i ettertid vert med og starte psdata i ein garasje på hausland fevik i grimsta komunne i ettertid men er nå truket ut av den bedriften. jeg har dysleksi. skolen hadde rollespill om å galen jeg var der jeg måtte spille meg sjøl . comenikasjon gikk bare ein vei mellom mine foreldre og meg . kommunen har i etter tid makolert alle dokoment det samme har pp tjenesten gjort. heldig vis hadde legen samla på dokomenta og arkivert dei i min pasient mappe. så jeg kan nå bruke dei som bevis. hadde ikkje legen stoppa dette hadde jeg blitt tatt fra mine foreldre av barnevernet som kommunen ville og legen nekta jeg har i ettertid fodt bekrefta at der er ingenting galt med meg i denne samenhengen men har etter dette fodt ettervikninger og blit uføre. åmliavisa og agderposten har hadt min sak som førsteside. dette viser og grusom mobbing er jeg blir ennå i hele åmli kommune den dag i dag kalt for idejot. jeg har 121 i iq og er ikkje idejot men det er vont å håre sont. jeg trur at grunnen til at jeg ble plage offer er at jeg ikkje er døpt og ikkje er kristen. åmli er veldig kristent konservatift samfunn . den som plaga meg mest var rektor ved skolen og senere ordfører for krf i vegårsei kommune. køstl peder kolbjørnsen. det var ein gruppe mensker fra barnevern skole og helsesøster med mere som rotta seg sammen mot meg og min famile og begge mine 2 brødere ble også plaga . pappa var nr 7 i nm på ski og broren ådne k mykland orfører for ap i froland var nr 2 i nm på ski. min far var også i kongens garde skijegertroppen. dette er noe jeg vil jobbe med hele mitt liv med å stoppe . jeg er leder av valgkometen og medlem av nav gruppa i mentalhelse austagder og medlem av arendal ap reprentantskapet.
